i How do I book a car?

Use our reservation form and if you have questions, call us and we will help you through the entire process.

i What are the payment methods?

We accept VISA and MasterCard cards on which pre-authorization is possible (please check with your bank).

i How long does it take to unlock the deposit?

The lock is removed on the day the vehicle is returned or the next day.

i Can I rent a car to g o abroad?

No. You can travell only in Poland.

i Is the driver's minimum age?

Yes, the minimum age of the driver is 21 years but it can be higher for individual classes.

i How much time do I need to have a driving license to rent a car?

The minimum period is 12 months while for some cars this period is higher.

i Do I need a Polish driving license and ID card?

No, but the driving license must be valid in Poland.

i What documents do I need to rent a car?

Driving license, ID card (or passport), personal credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)

i Can I transport animals with a rented car?

No, transporting animals is prohibited.

i Are there cars with a hook?

No, there are no cars with a hook in our fleet, towing vehicles with our cars is prohibited.

i How can I extend my car rental?

Call us and check availability.

i Can I return the car earlier?

Yes, please call us and set a return date.

i Can I change the place of return of the vehicle?

Yes, call us and determine the place of return.

i Can I pay the deposit in cash?

No, we do not accept cash deposits.

i Can i get VAT invoices?

Yes, to receive an invoice, you must provide data in the last step.

i What does the rental price depend on?

The price depends on the length of the rented car, hours and place of pickup and return as well as selected additional options.

i Why a deposit if I take out full insurance?

The deposit is used for possible settlement of administrative fees, e.g. if you return an un-fueled car (the deposit covers the cost of refueling).

i Can my partner (s) drive the hired vehicle?

Yes, if the person meets the requirements (minimum age and duration of driving license) and has been entered in the rental agreement.

i How is the rental period calculated?

Cars are rented for days (e.g. from 12.00 to 12.00 the next day).

i Can a person not signed in to the contract drive a rented vehicle?

No, driving a car of persons not mentioned in the contract is prohibited and carries a penalty.

i Can I buy full protecion insurance?

Most segments offer the option of purchasing additional insurance.

i Can I choose a specific car?

No, the booking covers the selected car class and not a specific car model.
